How to Measure
Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck at collar level, keeping the tape loose.
Chest: With arms at your sides, measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest. Keep approximately one finger between the body and tape.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline using a cloth tape measure.
Between Sizes: Rasco recommends choosing the larger size when your measurements fall between two sizes.
